Opulux Floors is a brand of HF Design LLC (“Opulux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect at opuluxfloors.com, why, and what choices you have.

The short version: we don’t sell anything online, and we don’t sell or rent your information to anyone. We collect your contact details only when you ask us something, request free samples, or share photos with us — and we use them only to respond and fulfill your request.

Information we collect

When you contact us, request samples, or ask about a dealer

To respond to an inquiry, ship free samples, or connect you with a dealer, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), shipping address (for sample requests), the flooring colors you’re interested in, and anything you write in your message.

Form submissions are processed through GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), the customer-relationship platform we use to manage and respond to inquiries. GoHighLevel processes this information on our behalf as our service provider. See the GoHighLevel Privacy Policy.

When you upload photos to our customer gallery

If you share photos of your Opulux floor, we collect the photos, the color you installed, your description, and your contact details. We feature customer photos on our website or social media only if you check the permission box when submitting.

Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through Google Analytics to understand how the site is used
• Cookies — small files that keep the site working and measure site traffic

How we use your information

• Respond to your question or request
• Ship your free samples
• Connect you with the authorized dealer serving your area
• Feature your gallery photos, only if you gave permission
• Keep the site secure and working properly

That’s it. We don’t use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we don’t build advertising audiences from it.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
• We don’t rent or trade your information for anyone else’s marketing.
• We don’t sell products directly through this website — Opulux flooring is sold through authorized dealers and distributors.
• We don’t require an account to browse the site or request samples.

Who we share information with

• Authorized dealers and distributors — when you request samples or a local dealer, we pass your request to the authorized partner for your region so they can fulfill it
• Service providers — the platforms that operate on our behalf: GoHighLevel (inquiry management), shipping carriers, and our website hosting and delivery providers
• When required by law — if we’re legally compelled, or need to protect our rights or safety

Third-party services on our website

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — processes contact, dealer, sample, and gallery-upload forms
• Google Analytics — measures website traffic and usage (Google Privacy Policy)
• Roomvo — the room visualizer. If you upload a photo of your room to preview flooring, that photo is processed by Roomvo under its own privacy policy

Your choices and rights

• Manage cookies through your browser settings
• Opt out of analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on
• Request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you — including photos you’ve submitted
• Withdraw gallery permission at any time; we’ll remove your photos from our website and stop using them in new materials

If you’re a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access or deletion, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and sample-request records only as long as needed to respond, fulfill your request, and maintain normal business records. Gallery photos are kept while we have your permission to use them.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption and access controls. No website can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children’s privacy

Our website isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email sales@hfdesignllc.com and we’ll delete it.

We link to authorized dealers and other third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their privacy practices — please review their policies before sharing information with them.
