1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of opuluxfloors.com (the “Site”), operated by HF Design LLC (“Opulux,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About Opulux

Opulux Floors is a brand of HF Design LLC. We manufacture and market premium waterproof laminate flooring sold through a network of authorized distributors and dealers. The Site is an informational and product-discovery resource — it is not a direct-to-consumer retail store.

3. Free samples

• Samples are provided free of charge, subject to availability and reasonable quantity limits (currently up to three per request).
• We may limit, decline, or cancel sample requests — including suspected abuse, resale, or bulk/automated ordering.
• Samples are provided for evaluation only and are not for resale.
• Sample requests may be fulfilled by us or by the authorized distributor serving your region.
• Shipping is limited to the continental United States.

4. Product information, colors, and specifications

• Color and texture representations are approximate. Screen settings, lighting, and photography affect how flooring appears. Always evaluate a physical sample before purchasing — we provide them free for exactly this reason.
• Specifications, dimensions, and product offerings may change without notice.
• The room visualizer is illustrative only and does not guarantee actual appearance.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other Site content are error-free or current.

5. Pricing and purchases

Pricing, terms of sale, and purchasing are handled by authorized dealers and distributors, not by this Site. Contact an authorized dealer for current pricing and availability.

6. Warranty

Product warranties are provided in separate written warranty documents, available on our Resources page. Those documents govern warranty coverage in full. Nothing on this Site modifies, extends, or replaces the written warranty terms, and warranty coverage typically depends on proper installation and maintenance in accordance with our published instructions.

7. Customer photo submissions

• You may only submit photos you took yourself or have the right to share, and that don’t identify other people without their consent.
• You keep ownership of your photos. If you check the permission box when submitting, you grant HF Design LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display them on our website and social media, credited or uncredited, until you withdraw permission.
• You can withdraw permission any time by emailing sales@hfdesignllc.com; we’ll remove your photos from the Site and stop using them in new materials.
• We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, product photography, room scenes, logos, trademarks, product names, catalogs, and design — is owned by HF Design LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Opulux™ and Opulux Reál™ and associated logos are trademarks of HF Design LLC.

You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any Site content commercially without our prior written permission. Authorized dealers and distributors may use approved marketing materials in accordance with their distribution agreement.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or impersonate another person; use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-submit forms; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site’s operation or security; transmit malware; or abuse the free sample program.

10. Third-party links and tools

The Site links to third-party websites and integrates third-party tools, including the Roomvo room visualizer and our forms platform. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for the written product warranties referenced in Section 6, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HF Design LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed $100 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HF Design LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, content you submit, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
